Everyone in the All Blacks is a leader – they must be accountable and responsible for themselves. That is where the leadership concept starts in the team – with self.

That means individuals have to take control of their lives. Be it getting their laundry done, planning a meeting with teammates, organising music for the team bus or simply turning up to things on time...everyone has to be responsible for making sure they know what they are doing, when and where.
