Narva lights the way

Loading and unloading a truck in the dark just got much easier – and safer – with the introduction of a new mirror-frame mounted load light from Narva.

The nature of road freight transport in New Zealand often sees trucks operating under the cover of darkness, working to deliver goods while the country sleeps.

So having sufficient light shining onto the cargo is crucial and is very useful for double checking load restraints by the side of the road or during haulage.

The Load Light is designed for mounting to the side mirror frame of a truck, where it can be pointed rearward onto the truck body or trailer in the case of articulated and multi-combination vehicles.

It’s a modern and better performing solution to the sealed beam product that has traditionally been used in this application and can easily be retro-fitted to trucks currently running this light.

Operating at 9- 36V, with current draw of just 1.7A at 12V and 0.85A at 24V, the new Narva Load Light consumes very lit tle power, thus helping to maintain the health of the battery.

Narva’s new LED Load Light is backed by a five-year LED warranty and can be purchased from leading automotive and transport outlets throughout New Zealand.
