Bullbars
Every Ironman 4x4 bull bar is carefully crafted from premium grade materials and components to deliver the most comprehensive frontal protection and styling available.
Ironman 4x4 bull bars are modelled using 3D vehicle scanning techniques to achieve optimal cosmetic design whilst providing maximum vehicle collision protection. All bars are made from the highest quality SPHC oil and pickled steel (not mild steel) to give maximum strength and rust resistance.
The finish on Ironman 4x4 bull bars is top quality using the Akzo Nobel powder coat system, which gives a thicker, smoother and more durable coating. Along with winch and airbag compatibility, Ironman 4x4 bull bars offer affordable protection for your utility or wagon.
Ironman 4x4 bull bars have a unique high strength mounting design utilising a replacement cross member that goes in the front of the chassis to which a winch can be mounted. The bar is then bolted to the new cross member.
This design gives the ultimate in strength when winching as the winch is mounted to the chassis and not the bull bar itself. This is the strongest possible way to mount a winch and also gives the advantage of shifting the winch weight back closer to the front wheels resulting in a slimmer bar and reduced strain on front suspension.
Commercial Bull bar
Ironman 4×4’s Commercial bars are airbag and winch compatible and come with an aerial mount, LED park and indicator lights, A-Frame triple loop design, tough polyurethane bumpers and driving light mount holes.
Deluxe Commercial Winch Bull bar
These bars combine the strength and practicality of the Ironman Commercial bull bar with the driving light package used in the Ironman Protector bar, a popular combination engineered to please and protect with the same great features of the commercial bar with the addition of a pair of 55w halogen fog lights.
No Loop and Single Loop Bull bars
The Ironman 4x4 No Loop bull bar complements the contour lines of your vehicle, providing stylish frontal protection, whilst improving the vehicles approach angles.
The No Loop bull bar is simple to accessorise to your liking, with integrated mounting points for driving lights, it’s winch compatibility, and the option to add a single chrome loop.
Aluminium Bull bars
The Ironman 4x4 Aluminium bull bar provides strength and protection with a significant weight saving (35 percent) over equivalent steel bars, assisting keeping the vehicle under GVM and minimising the load on the front suspension, improving the ride quality of the vehicle.
In creating the bar the company uses the highest strength alloy available, 5052 aluminium, then beefs up the material thickness, to five mm for the bar itself, three mm for the triple loop top tubes, and a beefy eight mm for the mounting plates. Ironman 4x4 has retained their steel mounting bracket for attaching the bar to the vehicle meaning it retains its winch and airbag compatibility.
The Aluminium bar has a polished alloy finish, LED parker/ indicator, integrated fog light assembly and twin central aerial tabs.
Steel Side Steps/ Rails
Ironman 4x4 steel powder coated side steps and rails not only give your vehicle protection but also aid you to get into your vehicle. Features include steel construction, checker plate tread, added sill protection and finished in durable black powder coat.
Underbody Protection
Ironman 4x4 protection plates perfectly integrate to your vehicles design with carefully positioned venting and water dispersion holes, keeping safe the key components without compromising airflow and durability.
Underbody protection plates are commonly relied upon off-road as a layer of armour underneath your 4x4. However, good design is crucial to ensure the plates are not too heavy and rigid which can actually contribute to severe damage to the structure of your vehicle in the event of a heavy impact.
By using the latest CAD & FEA analysis software, Ironman 4x4 have engineered a solution which protects vulnerable underbody components by safely absorbing impact energy from heavy contact with a solid object.
