BATHURST LEGENDS COMING

Organizers of the popular New Zealand Festival of Motor Racing (NZFMR) have confirmed the date for the 2018 event at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park. The event, which will be headlined by a special celebration of the ‘Legends of Bathurst’, will be held on January 13 and 14, 2018 and include not only vehicles that have competed at the legendary track but also drivers. Negotiations are currently under way to bring a range of legendary drivers and some of the most iconic cars in the history of Bathurst to New Zealand to take part in special Legends Hot Laps sessions alongside racing in a variety of categories. Organizers are calling for expressions of interest from owners from around the world whose cars have Bathurst racing history to take part in the Legends of Bathurst event.
