Charges yet to be laid

Auckland: Police have yet to lay charges after a car crashed into a laundromat during a police pursuit yesterday in south Auckland, killing a 27yearold passenger.

The 29yearold disqualified driver remains in Middlemore Hospital in a stable condition following the crash in Otahuhu about 3am yesterday, police said. — NZN
