Brighton dog biting

A MAN was taken to Dunedin Hospital after being bitten by a dog last night.

The 47yearold man was bitten in Brighton Rd before 7pm, St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said.

The man suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to the hospital’s emergency department.

A police spokeswoman said the owner of the dog was spoken to by police.
