Free entry for panel beater

DUNEDIN panel beater Ian Warren (25) has been selected as the 2018 Otago Rally Scholarship winner.

He was chosen from 10 applicants for the award, and receives free entry into the 2018 Otago Rally, as well as a set of pace notes and a cash contribution towards his entry.
