McLachlan into last 16

Tennis: Queenstown’s Ben McLachlan has made it through to the last 16 of the men’s doubles at Wimbledon but it was a closerun thing.

McLachlan and his German partner, JanLennard Struff, beat Indian pair N Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan 76, 67, 76, 63 on Saturday night.

They are scheduled to take on a German pairing at the tournament tonight.
