Health file still missing

A DOCUMENT containing private medical information lost in Dunedin last week is still missing.

The file, which contained details of 26 women with breast cancer, including sensitive health information, was lost on Wednesday in the central city.

All women whose details were in the documents have been contacted.

The search for the document was continuing, a Southern District Health Board spokeswoman said.
