Man injured in crash

Wanaka: A man received minor injuries when his Nissan 4WD ran off SH6 and rolled down a bank between Wanaka and Luggate about 8.45am yesterday.

The crash was one of two attended by Upper Clutha emergency services.

After several days of wet weather, temperatures dropped to 2degC, prompting the Queenstown Lakes District Council to warn of icy roads.
