Motorcyclist hurt in crash

Oamaru: A motorcyclist was transported to Dunedin Hospital with a possible broken ankle, forearm and lacerations after a singlevehicle crash on State Highway 83 north of Oamaru about 3.25pm on Wednesday.

The man riding the motorcycle lost control of the vehicle after sliding on gravel, before hitting a fence and being thrown off.
