Victims treated at site

Clyde: Two people had a lucky escape following a crash on State Highway 8 near Clyde yesterday.

A police spokeswoman said a car hit a barrier on the CromwellClyde Rd about 9.35am.

A Fire and Emergency spokesman said the incident was ‘‘minor’’, but temporarily caused a lane closure.

A St John spokesman said an ambulance crew treated the two occupants at the scene and no further medical attention was required.
