Assault tourist named

Auckland: A British tourist charged with assaulting a woman at Auckland’s Takapuna Beach can now be named.

James Nolan (26) lost his name suppression yesterday after he failed to appear at the Auckland District Court for a second time.

An arrest warrant is out for him. Nolan is also charged with using a motor vehicle recklessly during the incident last month, and was later charged with fraud. — RNZ
