One-of-a-kind wedding dress

-

PLANNING your wedding celebration is an exciting journey leading up to your day, and your dress is a special and key element that you can keep and treasure for a lifetime.

Natasha Postill, the designer at Beau, specialises in creating couture wedding gowns, oneofakind designs that reflect the unique personality of each bride.

She begins the design process with a cup of specialised wedding tea in a beautiful design room, inspiring thought and calm. Across the hallway, the studio workspace is a hive of creativity. Stunning fabrics, boxes of trimmings and drawers filled with exquisite beads, sequins and embellishments may spark the first inspiration for your wedding dress.

A few pointers to inspire a design direction:

❑ Colour and texture: Think about colours and shapes that will also reflect your wedding flowers and decor. A focused pallet tells a clear story.

❑ Style: Is your venue aesthetic modern or more rustic? Often your venue choice or the way you decorate it reflects a character and feel that you love.

❑ Body shape: Your designer will have a good eye to identify shapes that will look best for your figure. Together you can play with fabric drape to visualise what makes you look and feel your best.

❑ Personality: Your designer will learn about your personality during a design consultation, inspiring design details and unique features for your dress.
