I am Jules Radich.

My top 3 priorities are:

I would like to represent you as Mayor.

40 years in Dunedin, I am a businessman with an Otago science degree. My approach is practical, sensible and considered. My strengths are problem solving, consensus building and strategic thinking. My themes are: Positive Action, Heritage Values & Inclusive Leadership

1. Develop a Pride of Place Culture based on our heritage & natural values to anchor our Councillors, Council and citizens. This is the platform from which we: Drive our local economy. Provide places, purpose & activity for all and youth in particular. Approach service delivery and efficiency so that ratepayers feel things are done for them and with them rather than to them

2. Bring back the beach at St Clair to start Climate Change Resistance and Save South Dunedin.

3. Tackle the front of mind issues that real people are angry about right now: Use or Lose Cycle Lanes, Vacant Lot Parking and Retaining George St.

I believe I can truly speak for the community and get things done for you, and with you, rather than to you.

My business experience brings accountability to the table so you will have someone to balance the books on your behalf and keep debt to manageable levels. Twelve years of business coaching demonstrate a capability to help businesses achieve profitability and we all know that the Council controlled companies need that. A lifetime of networking shows an ability to bring all sorts of people together and now, more than ever, that is what Dunedin needs.
