The NZ Institute of Architects hosts a pecha kucha event at Toitu Otago Settlers Museum at 6pm today as part of its annual festival of architecture. In Queenstown, leading Australian architect Kerstin Thompson will talk on ‘‘Placemaking in the landscape’’ at Heritage Queenstown at 6.30pm. Tomorrow there is a tour of three University of Otago buildings. All events are free but registrations are requested for the pecha kucha event and the university tour.
