SURELY the world’s heads of state can now see that Trump is flighty and untrustwor­thy. His dishonest regime will soon be brought down and dismantled. An internatio­nal sociopolit­ical cartel must be formed so that the US can be welcomed and reempowere­d at that time. Until then, Trump must be treated with appropriat­e scorn to hasten his political demise.
