THE report (ODT, 27.6.20) tells us the National Party unveiled its slogan for the upcoming election on a billboard in Napier. ‘‘Strong team, more jobs, better economy’’. In view of National's past record when running the country, and the present lineup of its members a more accurate slogan should read ‘‘The gonnado neverdo party’’.
