The Taieri Tuataras won a tiebreaking shootout to beat Kings United and advance to the final.

Taieri opened the scoring through Jordan Ward, leaving Kings United to chase the game.

Hitaua ArahangaDoyle squared the match through an attacking penalty corner to take it to a shootout.

Two goals in the final last five minutes gave Albany Alligators a 32 win over University Whalers.

The Gators have had mixed results throughout the season and their desperation and commitment showed as they opened the scoring early.

However, the Whales flippers could not be slowed as first they equalised, then went ahead through Henry Will and Cody McKenzie.

But Albany was not finished. It crashed back, scoring two in the last five minutes to regain the lead 32.
