One injured in crash

One person was injured after a crash involving a car and a parked car in Dunedin yesterday. A spokeswoman said police were called to the crash in Brockville Rd, where a car had hit a parked car, at 6.59pm. It appeared there was only one person involved. St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said one patient was taken to Dunedin Hospital with moderate injuries. A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said crews were sent to the scene but ‘‘everyone was out of the car’’. ‘‘Noone was trapped.’’
