Testing for virus continues

Queenstown: Testing for community spread of Covid19 continues in Otago, with a popup testing site in central Queenstown.

Aimed at hospitality and tourism sector workers, as well as anybody who believes they have symptoms, the Village Green testing centre on Thursday saw 68 people checked for the virus.

The results of the tests were not available yesterday.

Queenstown has proved a popular destination for Aucklanders, where the last community outbreak was, since the borders closed.
