Hospital doctor attack

Gore: A 19yearold Gore man has been arrested after a doctor at Gore Hospital was allegedly kinghit.

The defendant has been charged with assault with intent to injure and will appear in the Gore District Court next week.

It is alleged the defendant, along with associates, arrived at the hospital at 10.30pm on Wednesday, requiring treatment for a head injury.
