Trust deputy appointed

Invercargill: Community Trust South has announced the appointment of Bill Moran as its deputy chairman.

Mr Moran holds governance roles with government, private sector and notforprofit organisations. He is a former deputy secretary at the Treasury and is chairman of Sport New Zealand, HighPerformance Sport New Zealand and the Turn Up the Music Trust, is on the boards of Pioneer Energy and WorkSafe and is a trustee of Youthtown.

Previous deputy chairman Lindsay Wright stepped down to allow an appropriate handover period, ahead of his term ending in June next year.
