Wellington dull

Wellington: The New Zealand capital city is not known for its bright weather.

But even for windy Wellington, November has been awful.

So far it has had 66.7 hours of sunshine this month — less than four hours a day — and is on track to post the dullest November on record.

The lowest number of November sunshine hours was 133, in 1954, and with cloud cover forecast over the next 10 days, that record could fall.

And with 132mm of rain in Wellington
