Motorists for orphans’ outing

Fully 60 cars are required for the holiday outing which the Otago Motor Club purposes giving to the children from the orphanages next Saturday, and the committee in charge is very solicitous lest through default of transport any of the little ones should miss the outing. In such a cause, to provide a few hours of pleasure for

those whom cruel circumstances have robbed of their youthful inheritance, there ought to be an immediate response by those who own cars, and the committee begs that motor car, motorcycle, and sidecar owners should communicate at once with the officials of the club. Some business and trade firms have generously undertaken to supply sweets and eatables for the little ones.
