Big welcome for motocross star Duncan
Proud mum Linda Duncan welcomes home her twotime world champion motocrossriding daughter, Courtney, at Dunedin International Airport last night.
Duncan arrived back in the city after spending two weeks in a managed isolation facility in Auckland and was greeted by Dunedin Mayor Aaron Hawkins, a kapa haka group, the City of
Dunedin Pipe Band and friends and family.
The 24yearold clinched her second consecutive FIM Women’s Motocross World Championship in the last race of the season in Italy at the start of the month.
