Kidnap, burglary charges

INVERCARGILL police yesterday arrested three men — aged 31, 36 and 39 — with gang affiliations in connection with an aggravated burglary and kidnapping early last Thursday.

Baird said the three were due to appear in the Invercargill District Court today, while the 36yearold man will also reappear in court tomorrow on numerous charges, including aggravated burglary, kidnapping and firearms charges.

Inquiries were continuing and police were not ruling out further arrests or charges.
