Lorde releasing book

Auckland: GrammyAwardwinning artist Lorde is releasing a book of photos and writing from her trip to the Antarctic last year.

The book will be called Going South and features photographs by Harriet Were.

‘‘The continent has fascinated me since I was old enough to read,’’ the New Zealand singer wrote in an email to fans on her mailing list.

The book is due out in February. All proceeds will go towards an Antarctica New Zealand scholarship fund for a postgraduate student to study climate science. — The New Zealand Herald
