■ Jean Luc Soleil Amede Bouyer (31), employed, of Dunedin, assault in a family relationsh­ip, assaulting a child, threatenin­g behaviour, April 23, two months’ community detention, 12 months’ intensive supervisio­n, reparation $2007.94, one court cost $130.
