Jason Mark Adams (36), stealing bottle of tequila (value $49.99), Super Liquor Princes St, October 27 last year; burgling Lynn St address, November 22; party to burgling Signal Hill Rd address, November 24; dishonestl­y using credit card, November 24; burgling two Jones St addresses, November months’ jail.

Petero Ramabuke (40), farm manager, of Kaitangata, strangulat­ion (victim female known to him), Inch Clutha, April 24, nine months’ home detention.

Jamie Michael Groves (46), of Dunedin, drugimpair­ed driving, careless driving, Pine Hill Rd, July 27 last year, 100 hours’ community work (includes 30, 26 remission $2500 unpaid fines), analyst’s fee $773.10, disqualifi­ed six months.

Chelsea Kate Linton (32), of Dunedin, aggravated driving while suspended, careless driving, Panmure Ave, March 10, 175 hours’ community work (includes remission $5403 unpaid fines), disqualifi­ed one year.

Sentenced by Judge Jim Large on Tuesday were.—

Dominic Paul Haraki (41), of Dunedin, Crimes Act assault (victim 74yearold male known to him), Christchur­ch, May 16, two months’ community detention, nine months’ supervisio­n.

Jacob James Patterson (19), employed, of Westwood, unlawfully in possession of firearm (.410 shotgun), Wanaka, December 30 last year; unlawful hunting, City Forests Ltd property,

Waipori, January 9 this year; unlawfully possessing ammunition (seven rounds .410 ammunition), Westwood, February 3, two months’ community detention, fined $300.

Keith Douglas Gunion (55), driver, of Dunedin, intimidati­on, offensive/disturbing use of telephone, Dunedin, May 6, 60 hours’ community work, nine months’ supervisio­n.
