Sharne Lee Hurunui (35), employed, of Mosgiel. aggravated drinkdrivi­ng (774mcg), Quarry Rd, Mosgiel, May 14, 150 hours’ community work, nine months’ supervisio­n, disqualifi­ed 12 months and one day.

Cameron David Hone (26), machine operator, of Dunedin, drinkdrivi­ng (600mcg), Middleton Rd, July 31, fined $750, court costs $130, disqualifi­ed seven months.

Darren York (36), forest worker, of Dunedin, drinkdrivi­ng (447mcg), disqualifi­ed driving, South Rd, August 14, 150 hours’ community work, disqualifi­ed 28 days, alcoholint­erlock and zeroalcoho­l provisions.

Joshua Michael McLaughlan (30), dangerous driving, disorderly behaviour, Oamaru, March 11, 120 hours’ community work, disqualifi­ed seven months.

Callum James Butcher (22), of Dunedin, dangerous driving, Portobello Rd, January 8, 150 hours’ community work, reparation $5000, disqualifi­ed nine months.

Nicholas Aramoana (29), shearer, of Dunedin, breaching community work (failed to report), January 28; cancellati­on of community work; remission unpaid fines (about $4000), five weeks’ home detention (beginning September 19).

Regan Keller Kennedy (23), possessing cannabis for supply, Bryndwr, Christchur­ch, March 20; breaching release condition, March 20, nine months’ jail (leave to apply for home detention).

Munro Vaughan Thompson (47), of Kaitangata, threatenin­g to kill, possessing offensive weapon (pocket knife) in circumstan­ces showing intent to use it to commit offence involving threat of violence, Kaitangata, March 28, 200 hours’ community work, 12 months’ supervisio­n.
