Four delicious, simple smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to start the day as well as up your fruit and vege intake. They’ll also give you a good boost of vitamins and minerals in something that’s easy to drink.

1 tablespoon ground LSA 1 teaspoon runny honey (optional) Tip: if you don’t have frozen bananas, use fresh bananas and a small handful of ice cubes.

Place all ingredient­s in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. To serve, pour into glasses. 1 tablespoon ground almond 1⁄ tablespoon honey

2 1⁄ cup ice cubes

4 Combine mango, milk, yoghurt, ground almond, honey and ice cubes in a blender and pulse until smooth. To serve, pour into glasses and top with extra ice cubes.
