BEYOND THAMES ST

A new exhibition, Beyond Thames Street, at the Morrinsville Museum opens on May 2. Two young men visited Morrinsville in the last week in April in 1993 and took hundreds of photos of ordinary people doing ordinary things (including this photo). Photos from the book are on display in this exhibition. Museum opening hours are Tuesday to Friday 12.20 – 4pm. Market Day from 9 – 2pm and every Sunday from 10 – 2pm.
