PAYING TWICE

-

Everybody in our block of apartments received a letter from the council informing us that we would soon be receiving our recycling bins!

We pay money in our body corporate fees for private collection of rubbish and recycling, so are we also paying in our rates? (Of course we are).

Wonderful to see the Orewa Skate Park completed, maybe now the skateboarders will stop using the carpark under the mall/ Warehouse, disregarding the ‘‘no skateboarding’’ signs.

I have also had my window shot out by idiots with BB guns. Reported it to the police but obviously no chance of catching the culprits.

In the past I have had issue with the mall management about closing the car park under the Warehouse, as their signs say they do, and was informed by management that the police had requested it not be locked.

The police informed me this was not the case!
