Are GPS’ systems the reason for delays?
Ineeded an appointment withmygp over amonth ago. Iwas told there were no appointments available for two weeks.
I thought this was perhaps the time tomoveto adoctor closer to home. Ihad been thinking about doing this. I went to the closest medical surgery and asked if they were able to take a newpatient. Yes, thatwasperfectly okay. So, I filled out a form. Iwasthen told there were no vacancies formore than two weeks.
Having gone this far, I said okay. I had been in considerablenewpain in myback and Ihad found the waiting very hard and getting worse.
It had occurred tometo go to A&E. Ihad heard that it was very crowded and did not think I should go. So, Ihave waited over amonth to see mynewgp.
It occurs tome that the waiting times and crowds are not all caused by people abusing the service.
It’s peoplewhocan’t get service quickly.
Perhaps the GPS need to look at their systems.

Jcolegrove Fairy Springs
Onnovember19, 2010, that fateful day at Pike River, two devastating explosions sealed forever the fate of 29 souls.
It is for this reason, amongmany, wemust find and give burial to the remains of the loved and sadly missed miners.
The cost of this operation must never be an issue and the prosecution of those responsible must never be set aside.

Insurance funding option
Weoften hear of the different emergency services needing funds—
for example Coastguard, surf life saving, St John, rescue helicopters.
I suggest the personwhoselife has been saved has their life insurance companybilled a percentage.
This would help somuchwith funding and because the lifewassaved thecompanyhas alsomadea saving.
For example, a person has a $1m policy, 10 per cent of that will give a boost to funds of $100,000.
Awin-win for everyone.
