Keep Moving

As the days get colder and the rain has us running for cover, it’s time to move your workout inside.

-

For some of us, turning to Youtube based workouts or Les Mills On Demand works. For those of us who need motivation to keep moving, a gym with a variety of workout options is your best move.

Despite what they say about summer bods being made in winter, the most important aspect is to keep moving all year round. It’s unrealistic to go from ‘couch potato’ to fit, strong and lean in a few sessions and the wellbeing aspects of regular movement shouldn’t be ignored. So, make sure you choose a winter workout solution that is fun, sustainable, and realistic.

When choosing the right gym environment for you, make sure your membership includes a personalised workout programme to get you started, access to a range of exercise options (for lots of variety) and ongoing support.

The team at Clubfit offer all this and more. They will work with you to achieve better health and wellbeing.

When you join, they offer a goal setting session and workout programme to get you on your way. You’ll receive a complimentary Evolt 360 Body Scan, which may sound a little scary, but it’s a wonderful opportunity to learn more about your body so the Clubfit team can tailor a workout plan that’s unique to you. Plus, the modern equipment, huge range of group fitness classes and friendly, knowledgeable staff will keep you coming back for more.

Join Clubfit in May and they’ll waive the joining fee, saving you $49. If you join tomorrow, on Mother’s Day you’ll also get two weeks free.

You’ll find with their no fixed term contracts you aren’t locked into paying for a gym membership you don’t use. If you stick it out that’s great, and the Clubfit team will be there to help you every step of the way. But if you decide come summer that you’d prefer to re-start your daily walks up Mauao – no problem!

The most important thing to remember is to keep moving.

“make sure you choose a winter workout solution that is fun, sustainable, and realistic.”
