We appear to be talking at cross purposes. I spoke about pensioners, and were they involved in the `Lolly scramble` budget. You, are quoting pensioner’s `cost of living` rises. Which, we get down on our knees in the hope it covers LAST years rises. Because not even you can forecast next years. This means , pensioners are always trying to catch up. Hence why I brought the subject up. Because it would have given us a break to have received a little relief bonus.
