Tonight, 8.30pm Rialto It’s a British cultural-clash comedy that is sure to raise a few laughs and discussions. While John Goldschmidt’s 2016 tale isn’t exactly kosher when it comes to unpredictability or originality, there’s plenty to enjoy for those who like their humour broad and their drama kitchen-sink. Writers Jonathan Benson and Jez Freedman make the most of the comic potential mind-altering muffins afford, while exposing the casual racism inherent in small communities and across the generations.
