Junior Bake Off 8.30pm, Food TV The Great British Bake Off 2015 winner Nadiya Hussain joins the judging panel for a new season of this search for Britain’s best young baker. Over a series of 10 heats, four bakers face two challenges: the Technical and the Showstoppe­r, where they will be expected to produce some of the most ambitious bakes – from gravity-defying cakes, to food illusion bakes and giant cookie selfies. Lo and Behold 8.30pm, Rialto Werner Herzog, complete with his distinctiv­e deadpan voiceover, takes a look at the invention of and resulting implicatio­ns created by the internet in this fascinatin­g 2016 documentar­y. Worth seeing just for some of the unguarded responses he elicits from some of I Saw the Light 8.30pm, Rialto Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen star in this 2016 biopic of country-western singer Hank Williams. ‘‘Hiddleston’s intense performanc­e lends a little frisson to an otherwise familiar, if gorgeously-mounted tale about a troubled musical genius who is inevitably, gruellingl­y, felled by his demons,’’ wrote Screen Internatio­nal’s Fionnuala Halligan.
