Quad bike safety

- Vernon Suckling,

YOU HAD an Interesting article in last week’s paper regarding quad bike crashes. You said that the government does not require quad bikes to use the device until the protective properties have been proven further. While the government does not require them by law yet, current testing is proving the benefits and safety of these devices, especially the flexible concept model just released. The government has no problem with them being fitted immediately. It’s entirely a matter of choice at this stage.
