“Altro owners will be able to just walk out the door of their apartment and take the lift up to 270-degree views from the rooftop lounge,” managing director Darren Brown says.
SugarTree’s residents come from all walks of life and many will be owner-occupiers, including first home buyers who have accessed their KiwiSaver funds.
