VANHALEM: Closed quickly for fourth at Addington after having to change ground several times in straight. MASTER KARSTEN: Maintained big finish to run third at Timaru gallops on Friday. GREYHOUNDS – Peter Earley ELECTRIC IMPULSE: Went the race of an improver with a tidy second at Cambridge on Thursday, comes off the one box in the eighth at Auckland today. KIT AND CABOODLE: Drops back a grade in the last today and has good record on the track. VIDEO WATCH – Murray Wedlake FLYING SARDINE: Was arriving quickly enough to win at Oamaru until she ran into a dead end in the final stages. WIZE ACT: Did well to finish fourth on debut at Oamaru after copping a bad check. DANGER DEE: Made ground late at Hastings and lacked room near the finish.
