Francis signs with Fever

Netball: West Coast Fever have signed English international Stacey Francis for the opening two seasons of the new Australian National Netball League. The 28-year-old Birmingham defender says she can’t wait to wear green in 2017. Francis has spent more than a decade playing in the English Superleague and has won five league titles with Team Bath and two separate Player of the Year awards. She says West Coast head coach Stacey Rosman was a major factor in her decision to continue her career in Australia.
