The sale price represente­d a yield of 5.78 per cent.

A 1,246sqm industrial building on 2,330sqm site with two tenants sold for $2.38m at a 7.3 per cent yield.

VTNZ has occupied this site for 10 years.

The property was sold by Grant Young, Mark Hourigan, Bayleys Wellington.

The upper level of an architectu­rally-designed office building with two tenants has sold for $950,000.

It represents a 7.3 per cent yield, and the deal was completed by Doug McKee of Bayleys Nelson.

A commercial unit at The Landings, SH1, has been sold for $2.439m, representi­ng a yield of 6.9 per cent.

Separately, four new retail units ranging in size from 86sqm to 199sqm were also sold at auction for a total of $3.267m, with yields ranging from 6 per cent to 6.6 per cent.
