Fantastic Original Rice Crackers
‘‘Original’’ versions should be better nutritionally – less oil and minimal seasonings or flavour additives. But this variety had a stronger flavour than expected and the second, third, and fourth ingredients (after rice) were sugar, vegetable oil, and salt, respectively. And, like the others, flavour enhancers were added. Per 100g they had 1690kJ, 3.6g fat, 3.4g sugar and 404mg sodium – making it second best to seaweed overall. It was equal for taste.
