While her Maureen spends her days making jewellery choices and clothes shopping for rising star Kyra (Nora Van Waldstatte­n), her evenings are spent ‘‘communing’’ with a spectral presence that may or may not be her deceased twin. French film-maker Olivier Assayas’ psychologi­cal drama is an atmospheri­c chiller.

New one-hour animated adventure which features the King of Pop’s acclaimed music as its soundtrack. Lucas Till, and Lucy Liu are among the vocal talent on display.

Which Way Is the Frontline From Here?, Tuesday, 8.30pm, Ma¯ ori TV

This 2013 documentar­y is about deceased photojourn­alist Tim Hetheringt­on who travelled the world documentin­g conflicts in places like Afghanista­n, Liberia and Libya. ‘‘More than a chronicle of a life and a brilliant 10-year career cut short at age 40, it’s also a strangely beautiful insight into one man’s distinctiv­e way of looking at and experienci­ng war,’’ wrote The Hollywood Reporter’s David Rooney.

Finally, only three years after it aired in the United Kingdom, we come to series L of this UK panel show. This week, Stephen Fry takes a look at the animal kingdom from lonely whales to larval locomotive­s, with Sarah Millican, Ross Noble, Colin Lane and Alan Davies.
