One of the best things about DVD releases used to be the audio commentaries with your favourite actors and directors.

But, thanks to streaming, the collapse of DVD stores around the nation, and the industry generally, there is far less access to these chatty tracks.

Thankfully, Couch Surfing on People TV has you covered. (Search Couch Surfing and People TV on Facebook). Based on a simple concept of grabbing an actor and putting them on a

couch to chat about their iconic scenes, the bite-size show’s a simple way to regain insight into the actors and their thoughts.

Be it Patton Oswalt talking about his infamous filibuster scene Parks and Recreation, Martin Freeman discussing Sherlock, or Anthony Edwards revealing how his personal trainer insisted he kept his shirt on during Top Gun’s beach volleyball scene, the two-minute videos offer some nice vignettes to amuse and inform.
