Reid booked

All Whites captain Winston Reid made a losing return to the English Premier League with West Ham United crashing to a 3-0 home defeat to Southampton. Errors by Reid and Cheikhou Kouyate outside their own penalty area led to Southampton’s Dusan Tadic scoring the killer second goal. Reid was one of five West Ham players booked during the match at their new London Stadium home ground yesterday. West Ham are now third from bottom on the EPL table with one win from their first six games.
