Burling fifth

Peter Burling is satisfied to sit fifth after a "pretty tricky" first day at the moth world championships in Italy. With the 220-strong field split in four for the qualifying races, Burling is part of the green fleet and collected second in race one and third in race two on the picturesque Lake Garda yesterday. That put him three points behind fleet leader Paul Goodison, who won both races.
