Ryan out-foxed

New Zealand golfer Ryan Fox was hoping for a change of luck when he teed off in the second round of the Italian Open in Milan. Having spent a frustrating time in the lead-up to the tournament after his golf bag went missing following a British Airways flight, Fox dropped two shots after he believed a a fan took off with his ball on the par-four eighth hole in the first round. Fox was forced to tee off again, taking a double bogey on the hole after he parred with his second ball. He tweeted his annoyance after finishing at one-under-par 70, six shots off the lead jointly held by defending champion Francesco Molinari, Kiradech Aphibarnrat, Jamie Donaldson, Alexander Bjork, Matt Wallace and Eddie Pepperell.
